The Yoruba Youths Solidarity forum has called on stakeholders from across the country to support consultations and mobilization for emergence of candidates from the South East to vie for the presidency in all political parties.
The National Coordinator of the forum, Comrade Salau Abidemi Mutiu made the call at a youth stakeholders engagement in Abuja.
Comrade Mutiu who lamented the decay in most sectors of the Country stressed the need for equity in the nation’s political space and support for candidates especially youths from the South East with potential to govern and reposition the Country.
On his part, the Zonal Coordinator of the forum Comrade Oluwaseun Ibrahim emphasised that until there was equity in appointments and elective positions, agitations on marginalization by groups would continue.
