VGN LAUDS MIYETTI ALLAH ON PRAYERS FOR NATIONAL PEACE AND UNITY

Vigilante Group of Nigeria has commended a Fulani Socio-cultural Association, Miyetti Allah Kauta Hore for organizing a national prayer for the peace, unity and continuous corporate existence of the country. The Commandant General of VGN, Doctor Mohammed Usman Jahun gave the commendation during the prayer session in Tudun Wada in Nasarawa State. Doctor Usman Jahun who described prayers as very vital for national development called for more cordial relationship among all ethnic groups in the country to realize the dreams of the nation’s founding fathers. He described Fulanis as loving people but some bad elements were trying to portray them otherwise due to selfish and political gains. Doctor Usman Jahun expressed VGN’s readiness to collaborate with Miyetti Allah on issues bothering on security and economic benefits on cattles. He therefore advised members of the Association to always support Government’s efforts aimed at ensuring peace for national development. Earlier, the National President of Miyetti Allah Kauta Hore, Alhaji Abdullahi Bello Badejo said the national prayers was organized as part of the Association’s contribution to peaceful coexistence in the country. Alhaji Badejo reiterated the commitment of the Association to Programmes that would further enhance peace for national development. Prayers were offered for the leadership of the country and divine guidance and wisdom for the success of President Muhammadu Buhari’s adminstration.
