Primate Anglican Communion Calls For End To ASUU Strike.

The Primate Church of Nigeria Anglican Communion, Most Reverend Henry Ndukuba wants the Federal Government and the Academic Staff Union of Universities ASUU to reach amicable resolution and end the prolonged strike.

Speaking with newsmen at the end of this year’s Divine Commonwealth Conference in Abuja, Archbishop Ndukuba decried the present decay of infrastructure and poor Renumeration of university lecturers.

He appealed to Government to look into their plight and save the university system from total collapse

The Anglican Primate also stressed the need for Nigerians not to allow the present challenges affect their lives and positive contributions to national development.

Archbishop Henry Ndukuba however appealed to religious leaders not to relent in praying and educating their followiers on the need for peace and unity of the Country.
