Stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Pankshin/Kanke/Kanam Federal Constituency of Plateau State , have endorsed , thier representative Mr Yusuf Gagdi, to contest for another term in 2023.
They made the endorsement when the lawmaker met with the Local Government and ward officials of the party from the three Local Government Areas that make up the constituency, in Pankshin
APC Chairman in Kanam, Mr Nuhu Gambari and his counterpart from Pankshin Timothy Yimuwa said the lawmaker performed credibly in the last two years of his stewardship and deserved to be returned.
Both commended the lawmaker for the numerous developmental projects he executed in the constituency, adding that supporting him to contest again is a welcomed development.
They agreed that Gagdi had changed the face of the constituency and opened up new vistas for the people.
They also described Gagdi as a detribalised leader and prayed God to continue to provide him the needed strength to continue with the good work.
Responding, Gagdi said he was humbled by the call to run for the office again, adding that he had a convenant not to fail the people that voted him.
Mr Gagdi thanked them for the support so far, and also called on them to pray for him to succeed.
