The Nigeria Institute of Public Relations is to convene a National Summit on Integration, Peace & Security.
President of the institute, Mallam Mukhtar Sirajo, told newsmen in Abuja that the summit was a citizens engagement initiative towards finding lasting solutions to various problems threatening the corporate existence of the nation.
Sirajo who described unity as key to fast racking development said over 20 organizations were collaborating with the Institute for the summit.
He explained that the summit would involve all the 36 states of the federation in the first stage, the six geo-political zones at the second stage and end with a summit in Abuja.
The NIPR is an Institute chartered by the Act of Parliament of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to regulate Public Relations and handle relationship building and management in Nigeria.
