NCPC Boss Warns Religious, Political Leaders Against Divisive Utterances

The Executive Secretary Nigeria Christain Pilgrim Commission NCPC Reverend Yakubu Pam has called on political, religious and traditional leaders as well as Captains of industry to support the Federal Government’s efforts in addressing the challenges in the country.

Reverend Yakubu Pam who made the call while receiving the Chief Executive officer of an indegenous Private Airline Chief Allen Onyema in Abuja expressed concern over rising cases of criminality and unguarded utterances from some political and religious leaders in the country.

The NCPC Boss maintained that the present situation need collective efforts as it has gone beyond what the Government alone could resolve..

Reverend Yakubu Pam stressed that the commission would continue to collaborate with patriotic Nigerians and organisations to promote religious harmony and Peaceful coexistence among various ethnic groups across the country.

While commending the role played by the Airline in Airlifting some stranded Nigerians during the recent crisis in South Africa,, Reverend Yakubu Pam pledged to work with the organization in strengthening pilgrimage.

The Chief Executive officer of the Airline Chief Allen Onyema emphasized the need for the Nigerian Youths to desist from being use to destabilise the country.

He promised to provide necessary support for NCPC in carrying out sensitisation campaign on peace, Unity and continued corporate existence of the country.

On the Bilateral Air Service Agreement between Nigeria and Israeli Authorities Mr Onyema said the Airline was working assiduously to ease the challenges being experienced yearly by Nigeria Pigrims due to non availability of Direct Flight from Nigeria to Israel.
