Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State says he will pay more attention to rural infrastructure and tackling insecurity in the remaining two years of his administration to attract more investors to the state..
The Governor stated this at the flag off ceremony of about two billion Naira Gudi – Moroa road project in Gudi, Akwanga Local Government area of the state.
The seventeen kilometer Gudi – Moroa road in Nasarawa State will link many farming communities to Kaduna State.
Governor Abdullahi Sule said the road project was part of activities to mark his two years in office and in line with the implementation of his policy document; The Nasarawa State Economic Development Strategy, NEDS.
He stated that access to road network remains a cardinal factor towards enhancing economic growth and prosperity given the enormous agricultural and mineral endowment in the rural areas across the state.
The Governor also flagged off the construction of a 57 kilometre Anguro – Bassa road in Kokona Local Government Area of the State
