The Governor called on youths to shun cultism, drug abuse and other vices and embrace peace, progress and development.

In a welcome address, President General of the Youth Congress, Ateiza Aliu Obio noted that Government alone cannot address challenges of education hence the need for Non Governmental Organizations and the private sector to provide some support.
