IHRC Appoints NCPC Boss As Member

The Executive Secretary of the Nigeria Christian Pilgrim Commission NCPC, Reverend. Yakubu Pam has been appointed Chairman of inter-Governmental Organization Council for Nigeria Human Rights Commission IHRC.

Receiving the letter of appointment from the Country Head, International Human Rights Commission IIHRC Ambassador Friday Sani in his office in Abuja, the NCPC boss commended the International body for finding him worthy of the appointment.

The NCPC boss affirmed that there was need to be on the vanguard of ensuring that Nigeria becomes united.

According to him, we must help our Country to arise and shine with the position God has given us.
He commended the international body for including him in the path of peace building.

The NCPC Boss stressed that he used most of his time in life in making sure that he stands for peace.
Reverend Yabubu Pam maintained that protesting is not entirely bad but risky because it could be hijacked by hoodlums who do not mean well for this nation.

Earlier, the Country Head international Human Rights Commission Ambassador Friday San who told the NCPC boss that he was in the Commission with the approval of the world leardership of the Commission urged Reverend Pam to use the new appointment to address the challenges facing Nigeria.

He promised to partner with the NCPC boss in peace building.
tAmbassador Sani also stressed the need for Reverend Pam to convene strategic meetings with Christian and Muslim leaders in finding lasting solutions to the present security challenges facing the Country .

Aside presenting a letter of appointment to the NCPC boss, Ambassador Sani also presented an award to his host as well as face masks in line with their intervention in fighting the global COVID 19 Pandemic.
