The Federal High Court Abuja, has paid final respects to late Justice Ibrahim Watila of the Abeokuta Division of the Court who died on Monday.
At a valedictory session in Abuja, Chief Judge of the Federal High Court of Nigeria, Justice John Tsoho said justice Watila discharged his duties with the dignity required of a judicial officer.
The Chief Judge who stressed that the loss of Justice Watila would leave a huge void in the legal profession, urged memebers of the bar and bench to reflect on his life, even as they pray for the repose of his soul.
A representative of the Nigerian Bar Association, NBA, Abeokuta Chapter, Wale Ajayi, described the late Judge as a man of integrity.
The late Justice Ibrahim Watila was appointed to the Federal High Court Bench in November, 2015 alongside 29 others and served at the Abeokuta Division of the Court until his death.
