Adamawa State Governor, Ahmadu Fintiri says he is working hard to improve the security architecture of the Adamawa State in view of the insecurity crisis bedeviling the country.
The Governor made this known when he visited the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Malam Muhammad Musa Bello in Abuja.
Fintiri said his government had been working round the clock and giving support to security agencies.
He expressed concern that incessant kidnappings of school children in some states in the north was putting a question mark to the viability of the security architecture of the country.
Fintiri also said that the last #EndSARS protests that took place in some states last year had further enlightened his administration to work more with youths to enhance development.
He said the State Government was opening up employment opportunities for youths.
His words: “We are working round the clock. We are changing from time to time the security architecture of the state. Working and giving support to the security agencies…I think prayers is one of the areas we have embarked on to ensure we have stability, peace and tranquility in Adamawa State… The lasting solution to all is to ensure that entrepreneurial skills are development are initiated for the youths”.
On his visit to the FCT Minister, Fintiri who commended the FCT Minister for his good work, said he came to support and encourage him to continue his good work in the Territory and the federation as well as to tell him that he is an ambassador of Adamawa state.
He said despite party differences, they would support government’s efforts to deliver the dividends of democracy for the good people of this country.
