Residents of Paradise Estate Life Camp Abuja have staged a protest against poor infrastructure, non compliance with terms of agreement and delay in the release of their title documents.
Chairman, Association of Paradise Estate land lord, Mr Samson Oche, while addressing news men after the protest in Abuja also condemned the creation of unapproved structures in the estate which was not in the original terms given to the residents when purchasing the properties.
According to him, one of the terms was that the place is strictly for residential purpose but now the purpose has been distorted with the school.
Mr Oche further explained that there has been alterations on the approved use of the estate for residential purpose by illegally making request to the development control without the consent of the residents.
One of the residents, Mr Ogbugo Ukoha also called on the Federal Capital Territory Development Control to come to the aid of the residents by calling the developer to order.
Ukoha said that the residents had held several meetings with the Relevant Government Agencies and developer with no fruitful results.

Our roofs are giving way with the slightest rain storm were written on placards carried during the protest.
“We want to live in a secured estate with title document and residents of paradise estate Life camp are tired of your lies, among others.
