Arewa Pastors Non Denominational Initiative for Peace has urged the protesting youths across the country to discontinue the Nationwide protests and engage government in dialogue.
The National Coordinator of the group, Bishop John Richard gave the advice during a media conference in Abuja.
Bishop Richard who noted that it was the right of Nigerians to protest, maintained that it should be done in line with the laws of the land.
He also emphasized the need for the Federal Government to engage the protesters in dialogue with a view to finding lasting solutions to the issues raised.
Also, the president Charismatic Bishop Conference of Nigeria, Archbishop Leonard Kawas urged the protesters to go off the streets to allow government look into their demands as well as bring the hoodlums that are causing unrest to book.
He also advised those bent on sponsoring and causing unrest to desist from such and support efforts aimed at developing the country.
