EID EL FITR : Lawmaker Clamors For Peace, National Cohesion

The chairman House of Representatives Committee on National Orientation, Ethics and Values, Olusegun Odebunmi has congratulated Muslims on completion of the Ramadan and celebration of Eid-el-Fitri.

In a Sallah message signed by his Special Assistant Al-Maruf’ Yinka-Ajibolu in Abuja, Odebunmi enjoined Muslims and all other patriotic citizens to use this period of celebration to make supplications to God for a peaceful and prosperous Nation.

The lawmaker
who represents Ogo-Oluwa/Surulere Federal constituency of Oyo State urged Nigerians to continue to support the present administration of President Muhammad Buhari and uphold the ideals of patience ,tolerance , perseverance and self denial which were observed during the holly month of Ramadan.

Odebunmi while wishing Muslims a peaceful celebration stressed the need for all to observe the covid 19 precautionary measures as directed by relevant authorities.
