COVID 19 VACCINES : Kogi Govt Appeals For Balance Of 25,000 Doses For Success Of 2nd Jab Exercise

Kogi State Government has appealed to the National Primary Health Care Development Agency, NPHCDA, to supply the over twenty-five thousand doses of vaccines needed to complete the ongoing second jab vaccination.

Executive Director, State Primary Health Care Development Agency, Doctor Abubakar Yakubu made the call while speaking on the ongoing COVID-19 vaccination in the State.

Doctor Yakubu said it was expedient for the NPHCDA to supply the outstanding vaccines to the State for success of the exercise across the State.

According to him, the State government had put necessary measures in place to vaccinate all eligible adults in the twenty-one Local Government Areas of the State.

He urged the people to continue to give maximum support to health workers on the field and also to the Agency for a successful excerise.

The ED said all complaints and observations should be directed to its offices across the State for necessary action.
