Cleric Expresses Worry Over Incessant Killings & Other Crimes

District Chairman, Cherubum and Seraphim Movement, Kubwa, Abuja Apostle Peter Ogundele has called on the Federal Government to take urgent steps towards addressing increasing cases of killings, kidnappings and other crimes in the country.

Apostle Ogundele made the call at his installation service as the District Leader of the Church in Kubwa.

He also urged Nigerians irrespective of political, Religious and Ethnic differences to come together and support the Government in moving the country forward.

In a remark, Chairman District Installation Committee Apostle Tunji Ayangbayi appealed to the government to open the nation’s borders which he said would open up commercial activities and address inflation in the country.

He also stressed the need for more empowerment programs to address the high level of poverty and unemployment in the country.

The Senior District Secretary of the Church Apostle Olusoji Afolabi also emphasized the need for religious leaders to use their pupits to promote Peaceful Coexistence and National Unity.

The service featured special prayers for Divine intervention to the challenges in the country.
