CIFIPN Says Investigative Science Will Curb Corruption

The Senate has called on the Chartered Institute of Forensic and Investigative Professionals of Nigeria to deploy Science and technology to check corruption in the Country.

President of the Senate, Ahmad Lawan made the call during a visit by the Forensic Professionals in Abuja.

Senator Lawan emphasized the use of science and technology for blockage of loopholes to curtail revenue leakages of Ministries, Departments and Agencies of Government.

Earlier, the leader of the Delegation and Pro-term President of the institute, Dr Victoria Enape insisted on the need for the Country to embrace investigative science for progress in the crusade against corruption.
