Christian Women Group Tasks Mothers On Training Of Children

Christians have been urged to train their Children in the way of the Lord to live Godly lives when they grow.

The President, Mother’s Union, Women and Ladies Guild of Igbomina Anglican Communion, Mrs Josephine Adekola gave the advice during a conference at Saint Peter’s Church, Arandun, Irepodun Local Government of Kwara State.

Mrs Adekola called on mothers in particular to be determined towards ensuring that their families were not consumed by worldly lifestyle that would prevent them from gaining eternal life.

In a remark, the Bishop, Igbomina Anglican Diocese, Right Reverend Emmanuel Adekola advised those who had backslided in their faith to retrace their steps and see GOD as the only Solution to life’s challenges.

Bishop Adekola decried neglect of family structure in the society and also called for involvement of youths in Governance.
The Anglican Bishop called on those in authority to create employment for youths in the Country to discourage them from involving in social vices.
