The Managing Director, Nigerian Inland Waterways Authority, NIWA, Chief George Moghalu has condemned conduct of the Anambra State Governorship primary election.
He made the call while briefing newsmen on the outcome of the election in Abuja.
Mr Moghalu who was one of the Aspirants called on leadership of the party to rise to the challenge of rescuing the party from total collapse.
Chief Moghalu explained that the governorship primary election that was purported to have held in the state did not hold, and wonders how a candidate emerged as the winner of the election.
The NIWA boss called for cancellation of the election and a fresh one be conducted for peace and progress of the party.
He called on all party supporters in the state to remain peaceful and continue to be law abiding citizens.
