A Governorship Aspirant from Anambra state under the platform of the All progressives Congress, APC, Chief Paul Orajiaka says the best way to tackle insecurity is to engage community leaders, youths and vigilante groups.
He made this known while addressing newsmen at the party’s national secretriat in Abuja after the return of his expression of interest and nomination form.
Chief Orajiaka said good welfare packages with adequate compensation would go a long way in motivating security operatives to continue to protect lives and property of the citizens.
The politician who said it was time for youths to occupy high political positions in the State called on Nigerians to see political appointments as a call to serve humanity and not selfish interest.
According to him, a good leader should always think of how to impact on the lives of common people.
