2023: Ex-APGA Presidential Candidate Declares To Run Again

The All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA Candidate in the 2019 Presidential Election , Retired Major General John Wilson Gbor has declared his intention to contest in the 2023 presidential election under APGA.

Retired Major General Gbor made his intention known when he hosted the State Chairmen of APGA from the North Central in Abuja.

He said the move became necessary to enable him reposition Nigeria for greatness.

According to him, the country is in dire need of somebody like him to enable Nigeria overcome her security and economic challenges.

He therefore solicited the support of the State Chairmen of APGA across the country to enable him secure the ticket of the Party for the 2023 Presidential Election.

Retired Major General Gbor used the opportunity to call for the signing of the electoral Bill into law to ensure a free fair and credible elections come 2023.

He also called on Nigerians most especially the youths to be in the vanguard of ensuring credible and competent leaders in the 2023 general election.

While identifying poor leadership as one of the major problems confronting the country, the former APGA Presidential Candidate said Nigeria has what it takes to be great if the right people are elected into leadership position.

Speaking on behalf of the State APGA Chairmen from the North Central, the FCT Chairman of APGA Philip Chukwudi promised their support to Major General Gbor’s quest to secure the Party’s presidential ticket.

While describing Major General Gbor as a man of integrity and competent for the country’s number one job, Mr Chukwudi called for unity of purpose among APGA members to enable the Party achieve its goals and objectives come 2023.
