CJ Tasks Judges On Integrity

The Chief Judge of the Federal High Court Abuja, Justice John Tsoho has expressed joy that no action emanated from the court to truncate or interfere with the Anambra State Governorship election.

The CJ who made this known at the 37th annual Federal High Court Judges Conference in Abuja, noted that the Anambra, Ondo and Edo elections came and passed with no complaint against the court.

Justice Tsoho who explained that any action taken by the court would have caused a spontaneous reaction by players in the field anxiously looking for blame, also maintained that it was a thing of joy that no Judge of the Federal High Court featured in the recent saga of wrong issuance of Ex parte Orders.

The CJ however encouraged Judges to always be wary of actions that would put them  and the court in bad light.

Justice Tsoho expressed gratitude to President Muhammadu Buhari, the National Assembly and the Attorney General of the Federation as well as members of the National Judicial Council for their cooperation, while also commending the Judges for the confidence reposed on him.
